We understand that plans can change, and we want to make our cancellation policy as clear and fair as possible.

 

General Cancellation Policy for All Bookings

 

> 48 hours before booking: free cancellation and full refund.

≤ 48 hours before booking: 50 % refund.

No-shows: non-refundable.

 

Weather-Dependent Bookings & Refunds

 

Kitesurfing, wingfoiling, and SUP require suitable weather.

Unsuitable weather (wind too strong/light, heavy rain, storms): booking canceled with full refund.

Rescheduling: if conditions may improve, we can offer an alternate date.

Participant Discretion: if you opt-out in suitable conditions, standard policy applies.
